Aloha, I am a mother of four children ages elementary through college years. My background is in early childhood and elementary education with a focus on creative conflict resolution and family strengthening. I have earned my Bachelor's in English. With a love for reading and writing, painting and creating, I enjoy having fun with youth without a child realizing how much he or she is learning. I have a wealth of professional and life experience, honoring children, childhood, and families. In addition, I have successfully trained and prepped middle school students to take private school entrance exams and have tutored in most subject areas along the way. I am generally comfortable with children and youth who have special needs, particularly with the autism spectrum disorder and willing to develop plans with family for best practices and outcomes.
