Aloha my name is Noemi, I have 8+ years in childcare and childcare education. I would love to share all I can do for the children if given the opportunity. I have a deep love for working with children and helping them discover all the great things they can achieve and how they can grow in their own ways no matter what the age may be. I was able to build my experience with childcare through a wonderful family as I became the nanny of two while attending some partial classes in Oregon in 2014, earning my certification /License to work in public and private school’s as an EA1 through the Jefferson County School District 509-J. I started my career in education and interest in Early Childhood Development with Warm Springs K-8 Academy in Oregon, I transferred my path to Oahu and earned my Certification/License through Patch CANOES of Hawai’i. Read more With that I was offered a position at KCAA ( Wai - Kahala Preschool ) as a teacher assistant for the two year old program. I stayed with KCAA for almost two years. I learned so much more than I ever imagined! Building not only my skills but my knowledge and love for working in this career path. Gratefully enough, I was lucky to find yet another beautiful family who I also served for two years as I entered the public school of Waialae Elementary & Public Charter School. I stayed with Waialae for three years before deciding it was time to move forward to grow in different aspects of my life. Unfortunately Covid-19 followed immediately with concern and I was unable to work in education or with families. I had to part from unity preschool due to low needs of staffing. But shortly after I found Thr Early Preschool & am currently the PM teacher/Lead Caregiver. I would love to help a wonderful family on my free time. I am confident that my knowledge and experience will help contribute to the growth and development while sharing our time together as we all stay safe and healthy during these tough times
