Lywanna, is exactly what she say in her profile and more and I can attest to it. She is very experienced, she gives a 100%. My son is 2 1/2 and from the interview she started to prove herself, as not just a caregiver but an educator. She told me of things that would help develop my sons speech and indeed she did them when she worked with him. She played with him, read to him, she remembered every request I had from the interview and kept it. Even though my son was with her longer than he was with me she made sure my parenting style was her guide. She Would send me cute pics, especially off activity times, and precious moments. Lywanna has been looking after our 1 & 2 yr old twice a week since we arrived back here in Hawaii. They both LOVE their time spent with her & look forward to the days she's here. I see things they learn & skills they improve on after every day she is here & return to find 2 happy, excited & content little ones. It is a welcome relief to know they are in such amazing hands. We adore having Lywanna help us out & will continue to ask for her help as long as she will have us. Wholeheartedly recommend Lywanna to anyone who's looking for a responsible, kind-hearted, beautiful individual to take wonderful care of their children.

Lywanna is a wonderful Nanny! She provided care, full-time to our daughter from February 2012 through May 2013. She would also work nights or weekends if requested. She was very understanding of our schedules and her flexibility and willingness to watch our daughter was very nice. She genuinely loves and cares for her. When we looked for a nanny, I wanted to make sure we found a person who would be like family and she certainly became that! She watched our daughter from age 3 months to 18 months. As our child developed -- Lywanna would modify their daily activities to help her grow and achieve more milestones. Our daughter was also cloth diapered and while other people we interviewed seemed grossed out or daunted by that -- she was happy to gain the experience. Lywanna also did light housekeeping. It was always a pleasure to come home from work to a clean house and a happy baby! She kept a detailed log of their daily activities and we would have a briefing when her shift would start or end. Our daughter got wonderful care from Lywanna. She has energy and a willingness to be silly kids love! I would strongly suggest her for any babysitting or nanny position.

Lywanna is an excellent caregiver! My 8yr old and 2 yr old truly enjoy their time with her. Lywanna is very experienced, very easy going and always on time. My kids immediately took to her and can't wait for the next time Ms. Lywanna will come over to babysit. We'll continue to use Lywanna and I would highly recommend her!
