Hello! I am a 44 year old mom of a 21 year old married daughter and a 17 year old son who will be graduating soon. I've homeschooled them the whole 14 years. I'm entering the empty nest phase of life and I'm looking for new opportunities. I have much experience working with children. I was taking care of taking care of 8 & 9 year old boys for the last six months until the mother abruptly quit her job without notice so they didn't need me anymore. I am strong in my faith and have been involved with all the children's programs over the years. I spent 8 years as the head of the nursery caring for infants and toddlers.We averaged 10 kids ages newborn to 2 years old. I also work for a family with 4 kids ages 1-7 on Sundays and once in a while throughout the Read more week. Most of my jobs are on an as needed basis but I would really like to find something more permanent. I have a new car in case transportation is needed. I love animals and have a large dog and 2 cats right now. I've never been a smoker. I'm new to this site but but not new to daycare. Please give me a chance. Thank you!
