I love being a caregiver because with a child, two days are never the same. I enjoy helping children explore and learn in everyday activities. I have a sister who is eight years younger than me, which taught me to care for younger children from a very young age. Because of her, I realized that working with children is my passion. From there, I volunteered at my sisters before/after school program and was a day camp counselor in 2015, 2016, and have signed up for my third summer this year. Additionally, I started college as an elementary education major and have transitioned to child, adult, and family services.
