I'm not the greatest with words when trying to explain myself out loud but I will try my best. I've basically spent every weekend of my life watching children. I started watching my cousins when I was about 10-11 years old and they were just newborns. I'm 19 years old now and all my younger cousins still run up and hug me, just so excited. I like knowing I had enough of impact in their lives for them to know I'm always around and only a call away. Also, I watched the neighbor kids all through middle school and high school. I don't have a great amount of experience especially with a wide variety of kids, but I love being around them. My childhood friend had a daughter 5 years ago, this little girl will argue till the end of time that I'm "her Kelsey". She's the biggest blessing to Read more spend time with and because of her and the time I've spent with my family and watching how much they've all grown, I want to spend my life with kids. Someday I hope to return back to school and acquire a degree in child care once I get enough money saved up. I'm a warm and caring person, and the brightest moments of my days are when I see a smile on a child's face when they learn something new.
