My name is Gina Noecker and I am currently looking for a summer nanny/ babysitting job as well as occasional babysitting jobs. I am currently a student at the University of Iowa. Over my summers I have been a Swim instructor for four years as well as a lifeguard. With that experience, I have learned to think on the spot in high intensity situations. With my experience as a swim instructor, I learned how to communicate with various age groups as well as how to adapt to and manage different personality types. I am very comfortable around children and have worked with children ranging from a few months old (parent/tot classes) to preteen kids. One summer I watched three children ages 6, 9, and 9. I enjoyed spending my summer with them going on various field trips and participating in different fun-filled activities around their house.
