Children are my passion. My entire life has centered around children. Ironically, my hubby & I only have one child. We went through hell to get her& she is amazing. Sadly, [for me] she is now a teenager & will be going off to college in a year. When she went to pre-school I became a teacher[pre-school]. When she entered kindergarten I volunteered all the time. From there I was offered a paid position throughout her elementary years. Since then I volunteer whenever I get the chance. I am involved with her sports team. Yes, I was one of those "PTA Board Member Moms". I have a plethora of experience with children other than my own. I was a pediatric nurse for 15+ yrs. As well as PICU & NICU. From there I went on to teach CPR/1st Aid. My clientel ranged from construction to corporate to health care workers. Also, my siblings & I cared for our aging parents in their home so they could stay together until they left this earth. That was THE most difficult, yet rewarding job I have ever had. No regrets. We have 3 of our own.
