I was born and raised in this beautiful valley, and discovered my love for children while I was one (11). By the age of fifteen, I knew care taking was my niche. Over the years I've done a little dance over different careers - psychology, social work, hospitality- but I always find my way back to loving on the little ones. Although this means I've spent the majority of my life with spit up, yogurt or cheddar bunnies somewhere on my shirt (...in my hair, on my pants, etc.), I wouldn't trade it for anything.
