Hi I’m Melissa! I’m a graduate student at Whitworth University. I’m studying to become a therapist! I worked as a nursery attendant in my church, which entailed I would watch the parent’s children while the parents attended the sermon. I have watched my parents next door neighbor’s little girl who has special needs and I had I would watch their children for while in high school. I work at Pier 1 Imports part-time, but I have a flexible schedule. Training and certifications: I have an undergraduate degree with a B.A. Health Science and a minor in Spanish. I am getting my masters degree with a M.A. Social and Behavioral Health. I have been CNA (certified nursing assistant) trained and I have been certified in CPR. This was three years ago and I am willing to get it updated if wanted by parents.
