I am one of four children with 2 of those siblings being younger. My parents have been leaving me in charge of both of them since the age of 12 when my brother being 7 and my youngest sister being 1. I gained experience babysitting for members of my church and people in my neighborhood as a teenager. I have experience with ages varying from 10 years old to babies as young as 6 months. Once I graduated from high school I was hired by Allen & Company, an annual media finance conference hosted and wholly independently funded by private investment firm Allen & Company. The conference typically features business leaders, political figures, and major figures in the philanthropic and cultural spheres. During this conference, I was hired as a nanny to babysit 3 children for one of these major figures. My brother has severe allergies and I have grown up double checking ingredients and handling high pressure situation with varying types of allergic reactions.
