I started caregiving / babysitting when I was about 13. Simple things like watching the neighbors children on date night etc. When I was 14 my first nephew was born, and my sister, being a single mother, needed help with him quite often. He is now 4 with two younger siblings, a 1 year old and a 8 month old. I have also had experience working with special needs children at our elementary school my junior and senior year of high school. I love children and find joy in helping them be creative and have fun! In high school I took a course for CPR that was required to work at the elementary school.
