Ellen quickly became a part of the family. She is responsible, consistent and works to integrate with the approach the family wants. The boys started out saying they didn’t want a babysitter this summer and, by the end, were asking if she could just be part of our family. Im so glad we found her and would definitely recommend her!

I hired Ellen as a short term full time nanny while my usual nanny was taking some personal time. Ellen was immediately responsive and professional. Not only was she flexible and understanding, she took the time to understand the needs of my children and our family as a whole. She is all the things that help to ease parent's anxiety: responsible, organized, safe and helpful. And all the things kids love: fun, energetic, creative and silly. My children were smitten with her from the moment they met her. We will continue to utilize our relationship with Ellen whenever we can. She made the transition so easy for me and my kids. You would be lucky to hire her!

It's hard to find good sitters. So, I hesitate to review Ms. Ellen, just in case someone else snatches her up! She's been absolutely fantastic with my two boys: an eight-year-old big kid and a two-year-old toddler. She's prompt and professional. She engages with the children. She stays in touch, texting nice updates without interrupting. And the next day my boys just rave about her and ask when she's coming back.

Ellen watched my 3 year old this week and he loved her! She was just great. From the first email until the end, Ellen was professional, organized and positve. She asked good questions in her emails and made me comfortable from the get go. She arrived early and ready to play. She sent me text updates and photos and when my son woke up from his nap he was very sorry to learn that she was gone for the day. He can't wait to see her again and I will definitely call her again soon. Thanks Ellen!

Ellen is fantastic! She has been so great for us. We have a 1yo, 3yo and 6yo + a dog and she handled everyone with ease. I have already referred her to two other friends of mine who also think she is wonderful. Ellen is always quick to respond, communicative (email/text or phone) AND reliable!!

Ellen has been watching our 3 children, 6 years (girl), 5 years (boy) and 8 months (girl) since a couple of weeks, 3 full days a week, and we love her! She helps bringing the older kids to school, and then cares for the baby all day until she picks up the older ones from school again. She has lots of energy and patience, and is absolutely loving with the baby. When the kids are in school and the baby asleep, she also helps us a huge deal with basic household activities, so for a full-time working mom and a surgeon husband who's rarely home, this is heavenly :) Ellen is currently looking for a sitter job for Tuesdays and Thursdays, the days she doesn't work for us. We highly recommend Ellen to anybody who needs dependable and loving in-home childcare and more, and are happy to provide a reference and more details over the phone at any time. I love Ellen, and would hire her any time. SHe watched my boys (4 and 2) a number of times, and they love her too. THey were asking for her the next day. Ellen is filled with great energy and a positive spirit. She is also extremely nurturing. My youngest boy came down with the stomach flu while Ellen was watching him, and she handled it like a champ. I would have no hesitations whatsoever about hiring Ellen. She is fantastic.

Ellen watched my children twice last week and they absolutely love her!!! She is high energy, caring, and playful with the kids. She responded immediately to my job post, and followed up with a phone call. While speaking with her over the phone, she was very professional, and asked the right questions. She came to my home on-time and anxious to meet the kids. They immediately took a liking to her; I was very comfortable leaving my children with her. Thanks Ellen!
