I have over 15 year experience in a variety of childcare situations. Situations such as babysitting for various families, childcare assistant at a local YMCA, my own family member, special needs and deaf and blind students within a school. I have found it a very rewarding experience. In my past experiences I have particularly enjoyed developing a learning yet fun curriculum to help the children grow their minds and have fun doing so. My social and friendly nature means I have a knack of connecting with children and adults from diverse backgrounds and I value the task of building community involvement, which I see as part of working in childcare.
