I am a recent college graduate from UIC with a bachelor's degree in general psychology. I am hoping to apply to graduate school within the next year. I am older sister to a wonderful 3 1/2 year old girl and an adorable 1 1/2 year boy. I love spending time with them at home and making them laugh. I also have young cousins who I babysit occasionally, who are 5 years old and 3 years old. I also have babysat throughout middle school and high school. I have past work experience in a pediatrician's office as a nurse extender, providing assistance to nurses and receptionists. With the nurses I was able to have a lot of patient interaction; taking heights, weights, and temperatures. I also have a lot of volunteer experience at various medical centers working in various departments, interacting with various age groups and diverse groups of people.
