I was a Recreation Leader with the Decatur Park District for 3 years. I was a camp councilor with the kindergarteners at Scoville Zoo in Decatur Illinois. I got this position because I was the only one recommended out of all 32 recreation leaders in the district. I volunteered for a year with Ms. Rawls 5th grade class at Dorris Intermediate in Collinsville Illinois. I am currently pursing a teaching certificate.
