I became an aunt at 6 years old and have been around babies and other children my whole life. I previously watched a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old from the time I got out of school all the way through the night till I got up for school due to a single mother working long hours. I have patience, and I also have experience potty training. I also babysat a 3-year-old, who I also helped potty train, and a 9-year-old. I spent a lot of time reading with the 9-year-old. I also have experience with twin babies. I took a class in high school where I got to the elementary school and teach for an hour with second and fourth grade. I loved it! The kids always love me! I now have a 12 week old son that I'm hoping I'll be able to bring with me this summer :) I Read more have reliable transportation, and I do not smoke! I grew up with animals so I'm comfortable around them!
