I love children and enjoy giving them happy memories. For 16 years I taught Family and Consumer Sciences in area schools with courses including Child Care, Child Development and Family Living. I enjoyed raising my 4 children who are now adults and who have given me 5 delightful granddaughters. I ran a licensed daycare preschool in the home for 8 children and also sold life, health, auto, and home insurance in the Bourbonnais area. It was my pleasure to be caregiver for my Dad in his later years. I would prefer to do babysitting in my own home in most cases. Each situation is different and can be negotiated.
