Messaged back and forth for days and she seemed interested in our nannying position. Scheduled a phone interview, which seemed to have gone great and she showed interest. We then scheduled a date for her to meet our family and while texting her the day of to confirm, she cancelled last minute. We understand things come up.. we then rescheduled for another date and we reached out to confirm the day of and this time no response. There is zero harm in responding, even if it’s to say you’re not interested anymore. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
