Kim Blaylock is everything you are looking for in a babysitter. Kim would constantly play with our little girl, read to her, and would have with tummy time and help her develop other motor skills. I could go into further details with the tasks she would do during the day, but I think it would be summed up best by just saying - my wife was completely at ease when Kim was watching our baby. Every time my wife came home, our little girl was all smiles and the house was completely in order. She is worth every penny you spend on her. My husband and I had the opportunity to meet with Kim. She was very responsive, timely, friendly, and interactive with our daughter. She had all the qualifications of a great nanny. Kim was at the top of our list!
