Danielle has been sitting for the summer for my 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter. She’s amazing! She’s everything we could have hoped for and more! She’s prompt, considerate, engaged with the kids and responsible. She picks up my daughter at camp 2 days a week and takes the kids to the pool, the park, or even for an occasional treat like ice cream. I HIGHLY recommend her to parents with children of any age. She tailors her interactions to each child. With my 10 year old, she plays games, talks, and does craft projects…generally whatever my daughter would like to do. Danielle has also won my son over, detaching him from his Xbox to ensure he takes time to chat for a while with a living human being! She’s even helped enforce him practicing his violin. She makes the kids lunch each day, ensuring they get a fruit or vegetable with their meal, even cleaning up after lunch and putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Danielle has a great personality and is so relaxed and easy going with me and my husband as well. On the flip side, she also understands when to raise issues or concerns to us, and does so in a responsible way. We were so lucky to have found her on SitterCity.com.
