I began as a mother's helper when I was 9, as I've always loved looking after children. I am the first born and grew up looking after my sisters when I wasn't booked for babysitting jobs! I am an environmental scientist and Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Malawi, 2009-2011). From 2011-2015 I lived in Cape Town, South Africa where I au paired twin 6 year old boys; worked part time for a professor; launched my own company running Green Camps (environmental education day camp for grades 1-5); and completed my masters degree in climate change and urban hydrology. I returned to the US in May 2015 to be closer to family and would love to babysit during free time. I have a natural motherly instinct and balance fun and enforcing of rules and manners well.
