My name is Jessica. I graduated with my Master's degree from Roosevelt University with a major in Mathematics and Actuarial Science in May 2012. I currently work in finance for a private bank. My senior year of college (2011-2012) I volunteered for a local program called the Circle Program. I was paired up with a teen-aged girl and mentored her. We met at least once a month to do activities or volunteer for local events. All the girls in the program were from low socio-economic status families. I was an education major for about 2.5 years in college and did practicums at elementary and high schools. My work there included preparing and teaching lessons, one-on-one work, and observing the teachers. I have done occasional babysitting since I was a teenager. My most recent babysitting job is babysitting two children for about 8 hours a week, ages 4 and 1. In addition to babysitting, I would be able to clean and help your children out with homework (especially mathematics!). I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
