My name is Kathleen Mattoon. I am a 23 year-old with a degree in Community Psychology. A little about myself- I'm from Northern Virginia. I graduated from DePaul University this past June. I am the third of four children, so I'm used to total chaos, and I find it more fun than complete silence :) I like to think of myself as a very proactive person, well- mannered, nurturing, patient, bubbly, organized, and most importantly flexible! In my free time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends, and I'm a huge movie guru. I have been looking after children since I was nearly 13 years-old. I have heaps of experience with all ages. I was an Au Pair in Australia watching a 15 month old boy for four months. Over the past few years I have held different nannying positions for three different families. One with a Read more 8 year-old girl and 4 month old, a family with two little boys, 4 and 2 years of age. Lastly, a family with a 10 year-old boy and a 3 year-old little girl who I started watching when she was nearly 3 months! Also, I have experience working in a pre-school as an after-care teacher. ***Important Info: - I have a 3 hour minimum booking policy ( with the expection of interviews and of course what is discussed prior! - I plan my time and budget according to the hours booked, so I kindly ask if it's possible to be paid for the entire booking regardless if you come home early. *** I unfortunately can only commit until early June as I have already committed to work at a summer camp that caters to children and teens with social concerns and behavioral issues.
