Ciera Dawn yawned as she walked in the door, and a few minutes later was sitting at the dining table, texting away while I was doing the dishes. I told her what time the kids should go to bed, she nodded, and then 5 minutes later asked me what time the kids should go to bed. A little while later, she had a notebook out and was doing some work in it - making no pretense of paying any attention to my kids. At the end of the night when I got home, I asked her how the kids had been and she couldn't even remember my son's name. Clearly she was phoning it in.

It was my first time using chime and Ciera-Dawn made me feel comfortable and calm as she watched my child while I went to a concert. Thanks!

Very communicative! Messaged early in the day of booking to check in, and when she was enough route. Also let us know when the kids were asleep. Gave a good debrief when we got home too - she was spot on!
