Hi, I'm looking for a 2day (Tue & Th) nanny position in Chicago.   I have always been around kids and always had fun with them, so that's one of the reasons I became a nanny. I've finished 3 years of Early Childhood Development and Education in Poland. During college years, beside my full-time office job, I was working as a babysitter for family and friends. Since 2007 I have been a full-time nanny. Currently I take care of 3 kids age 10 months to 4 years old (2 separate families). I'm looking for a part-time position, because one of the families moved recently to farther suburbs, and commuting there is getting quite difficult.   During last 6 years I was working full/part time for 7 families, including 2 years as a live in Au Pair. These years I spent mainly on taking care of infants and toddlers. I still maintain friendly relations with these families and Read more do occasional baby sittings for them. The possibility of working with kids gives me a lot of satisfaction. Kids are little explorers, and it makes me extremely proud when I can contribute in teaching them new things and show them the world around us. It also gives me the opportunity to collect the experience and become a great parent in the future. I love to spend time actively inside and out. I enjoy long walks, playground time and exploring what the city has to offer. I’m familiar with kids friendly places, like museums, zoos, etc. I know lots of kids songs, rhymes and silly games. I'm a very patient individual with a passion for children. I have excellent experience with infants and toddlers. I am CPR/first aid and AED certified by American Heart Association. I also have a clean driving record. I have excellent references which can be provided at any time.
