Caring for children has been an instinct since I was little. I had neices and nephews at such a young age that it helped me mature and grow to be a very nurturing person. Babysitting isn't a job for me it's just part of my life. Friday night there's nothing to do, lets invite the kids for a movie night giving my sister a night off. Kids shouldn't feel like they're just another job or responsibility (although they should be held to the utmost importance). You should be able to perform your job and at the end of the day have a happy kid who wants to spend another fun day with their babysitter.
