I've been caring for children ever since I was in high school. I started babysitting and tutoring, because I wanted to do work that would give back to the world, and caring for children is one of the best ways to do that! During my undergraduate studies, I volunteered in elementary classrooms. I've worked for Chicago Public Schools as a paraprofessional and in the after-school program at the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools. I've provided childcare for more than a dozen families in Chicago. Examples of activities I love to do with kids: discovering great books and movies together, doing crafts, making Lego sets, trying new recipes, going on nature walks, going to the Zoo, going to museums, splashing around in the pool, playing at the park, going to the library.
