We contacted Milena early last year when our daughter was born but she was not available at that time. When our present nanny left us on short notice we contacted Milena again hoping she was available and luckily she was! Our daughter transitioned nicely with Milena only after meeting her once before she was on her own with her. Milena is professional, reliable, and very considerate of our needs and truly helped us when we were in a very bad situation having to find a nanny in less than 2 weeks. We hope she will be with us for a very long time! Thank you so much Milena!

We love Milena! She is great with our baby and 5 year old. Attentive, kind, caring, and fun! She gets the kids out in the fresh air every day and is so helpful! Our little one has been having some separation challenges and she is so gentle, giving extra cuddles when needed during naptime

Milena immediately put me at ease having a complete stranger watching our 4.5 year old boy. She was on-time, friendly, take charge and my son really enjoyed playing with her and really looked forward to her coming the second time she babysat. She also took care of our dog. We definitely look forward to her babysitting again soon.

Milena is a treasure. She has sat my 2 children several times over the past 6 months. Most importantly my kids always look forward to her visits. She is fun, but responsible with natural child care instincts. I don't worry for a second when Milena is there, whether it is a school night and the children have homework, dinner, baths and bedtimes, or date night with movies and games going on while we are out. Milena can handle it all. Furthermore she is reliable, on-time and keeps up excellent communication.

Milena took care of our three children ages 5,3, and 9 months. She did a great job. She was on time, capable, responsible and my kids really liked her.

My kids are 6 & 8 and Milena watched them one Saturday evening for several hours. They absolutely loved her and asked when she would be coming back. She played games with them, colored, and was sure they got jammies on in time too. We will definitely ask her to sit for us in the future!

Milena was the very first babysitter we used--she has taken excellent care of our newborn. I was very nervous about using a babysitter, but Milena but both my husband and I at ease. She has a natural way about babies, and she was totally okay with the fact that we were neurotic first-time parents too :). Milena did everything right. She's punctual, professional, and pleasant. It was our first time booking a sitter for our 1st grader through sittercity and the experience couldn't have been better. Communication was great and Milena was a trooper to come out on a night with record cold.

Milena showed up to babysit even when there was a blizzard on 2/1/15, she never thought twice about canceling. She also expertly handled my 4 month old who can be very fussy. When we got home out baby was soundly asleep and very content.

I liked Milena immediately from our interview. She is a responsible, trustworthy, friendly, and competent individual. She genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with our 4 month old son. Plus, she was comfortable with our 2 large dogs. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again as a sitter.

Milena babysat our daughter (20mo) for approximately 9 hours on a work day. She was very responsive in answering my initial emails and questions, and not scared off by the fact that our daughter was a little sick. Milena is clearly very experienced with childcare, our daughter responded positively to her right away and they spent all day playing. Our daughter barely noticed me when I got home. Milena also gave me a detailed report of how the day went afterward, as well as updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend Milena for childcare, and we will absolutely contact her again for future needs.

Milena has babysat once so far for us, and come over once before that just to meet our 17 mnth-old baby. Our baby who has some stranger anxiety right now was immediately so smiley with her, it made us feel secure. She was knowledgeable and seemed very responsible and clearly had the experience (plus having her own kids), so my wife and I felt no concern finally getting to go out on a date night together. We'll definitely be using her again soon!

Milena watched our 4 month old daughter last weekend. It was a last minute request,so we didn't have a chance to meet before hand. I felt immediately comfortable with her. She asked a whole bunch of questions to make sure she was following the baby's routine. We will definitely be asking her to watch our little one in the future.

Milena just starting working for our family and she is wonderful. This is my first time leaving my children ages 2 1/2 years and 5 1/2 months with someone other than a family member. I completely trust Milena with my children and my oldest loves her. ( so does my youngest but he can't vocalize it yet!!) She is very prompt and get straight to playing with children when she arrives. She gives very detailed report of how the night went. Milena is very reliable and always on time. She is so kind and sweet to our two children. My 22 month old son loves playing with her. We have a busy household with two small children (my second child is 2months old) and it is nice to know when we leave the house that the kids are in good hands. Milena babysat for our two girls (2.5 yrs and 6 months) twice in the last month. Both times, she was on time, friendly, and obviously very comfortable with kids. I would highly recommend Milena. She was on time, super friendly and had her hands full with our 3 children who were full of lots of energy that evening. Milena is great! She is friendly, warm, and I feel good leaving my son with her. She has been babysitting for us while my husband and I go on date nights, and having such a great sitter that knows what she is doing makes it easier to leave the baby.

We hired Milena for one evening to sit with our 4 years old son when we visited Chicago from anoher state. She was just perfect. First of all, she was able to get in touch with our son the moment they met. We were able to leave our hotel room without his crying. When we asked him the next morning, he appeared to be satisfied with the experiense. No negative feelings about our deserting him. My wife and me also liked Milena. The last but not the least, she was very flexible regarding start and finish time. We had to change it on the last moment, and it was OK with her.

We interviewed Milena for a nannying position. While we ended up choosing someone else who better fit our schedule, she was top on our list. She was outgoing & easy to talk to. Our kids were drawn to her right away. We really liked how she presented herself as well. We wish her all the best.

Milena is a fabulous sitter! We hired her to take care of our one-year-old for several mornings a week. Not only is she always on time and very responsible, but she is energetic and patient as well.

Milena did a terrific job babysitting for our 7-1/2 month old. It was a last minute request and she was the first to respond. She showed up promptly - even with a 25 min drive. She was active and engaged with him and didn't get thrown when he was upset or crying. The only reason I didn't give her 5 stars is because we've only used her once. But we'd definitely use her again. She was lovely.
