I am currently in my senior year at Marquette University as a psychology major (with a minor in neuroscience and biomedical sciences). My goal one day is to be an occupational therapist. In exploring this career, I discovered a passion for working with children. I have experience babysitting and nannying children of various ages (18months-10 years old) and various capabilities (with and without special needs). I have experience as a line therapist working with children with Autism to help assimilate them into mainstream school. I also have experience volunteering at Penfield Children's Center, Milwaukee Center for Independence (School for Early Achievement), and also Big Brothers Big Sisters. Through my many experiences, I have learned a lot about patience, being a role model, and above all else, that I can be challenged through every experience by creatively thinking outside of the box.
