My name is Lauren, and I am currently a college student studying psychology. I had gone into college as an elementary and special education double major, so I had expected to work with kids. However, even though my major changed, I still have had and continue to have many chances to work with children. I have held multiple babysitting positions, I was a nanny for a summer, and I have had a lot of other opportunities to work with children. I have babysat a group of toddlers around the age of 2 years old (with another babysitter) for two different locations. I have also been a regular babysitter for two elementary age girls, and the family I was a summer nanny for had a boy and girl who were both in junior high. I have also volunteered with preschoolers, and I have tutored elementary age students. I also had the Read more chance to mentor elementary age students throughout my high school career. I work hard to respect the parents' rules for their kids, and I like to see the kids still having fun as well. I am responsible but still have a fun side.
