Over my career as a babysitter I have babysat kids ranging from ages 8 months to 12 years old. I am a Junior at Elmira College in New york, but will be home all summer long. I also am an athletic student playing goalie for the Elmira Soaring Eagle women's hockey team. I have my own car and can drive children to their various activities. I love to keep kids active and plan fun activities. I can prepare meals and clean up after the kids. I will be back in Evanston in early June.

Our family found ourselves between au pairs during the summer of 2014 and needed to rely on a summer sitter. I remember what was intended to be a quick phone vet/interview (Kyle was still at college) turned into a one hour conversation about all sorts of stuff. That was my first introduction to Kyle who is authentically personable, joyful, interesting and fun-loving. That summer, Kyle was a wonderful caregiver and friend to my three children - 2 boys who were 13 and 11 at the time and a 4 year old daughter. She very quickly found a way to connect well with each of them. Kyle is reliable, resourceful, proactive and conscientious ... often leaving the house more tidy than we left it! We have stayed in touch with both Kyle and her sister, Shea, who has also taken some shifts with our kids. Enthusiastic thumbs up for both!!!
