I'm a graduate student at Northwestern University in the school of Communications who will be staying in Chicago/Evanston for the summer and am looking for part-time babysitting and nanny work! Could your family be a good fit? I currently nanny part-time for a family in Evanston with a 13 year old and a 9 year old, was a part-time nanny and sitter for a young girl in California for seven years before that (age 1-8), and before that was a camp counselor and activity leader at Kennolyn Camps in the California mountains. I am trained in CPR and first aid although I did not renew my certificate this year, and have my own car (so can do pickups from camp, playdates, you name it). I have worked in households with dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and rats (and one hedgehog) and am comfortable with light pet care and housekeeping.
