I have countless experiences working with children over the years. When I was 19, I spent three months in a small town in the Netherlands as an Au Pair for a family with three girls (3, 6 and 10 at the time). It was a wonderful experience, as I was immersed in an entirely different culture and had the pleasure of "joining" a new family. Additionally, I have a 4 year old niece and an 8 year old nephew, both of whom live close by and I've essentially helped raise.
