As stated above I am currently enrolled in Cornell University, and i have a lot of experience working with children throughout my community in high school. In eighth grade i began teaching kids how to swim with the local swim team UBAM, now renamed BAAC. I also began doing private lessons over the summer for individual families at house pools. In high school i was the President of a club called Unity in Diversity where we spread cultural awareness throughout our community. I spearheaded the project to expand the club and successfully was able to branch out to the local elementary school and middle school. I was also a member of my high school's National Honor Society helping volunteer in community events. I've always loved working with kids and have had a lot of un-payed babysitting experience for family friends and neighbors.
