My daughter Valerie is a high school student (ETHS) who is looking for some part-time babysitting opportunities in Evanston. She is an an Honor roll student and is also an athlete (Tennis, Varsity team). Valerie is very gentle, caring, and intelligent. She is able to engage kids into fun developmental games and can also play tennis with your young ones. She can either care for your child at our home and yours (we live near Evanston's Civic Center).

We were glad to have found Valerie as a last minute sitter. Her rates were quite low, and it was encouraging to meet her in person as she seemed interested and responsible. This was our first sitter experience, and on the whole it was quite underwhelming. We asked for photos of the cat during the week we were away. Valerie claimed that it was not possible for her to send a photo because she doesn't have wifi or data, which seemed a bit far fetched in this day and age. Also, the litter had not been cleaned in the entire time (8 days) that we were away!
