My name is Kristina Chura and I am studying Health Communication at DePaul University full-time. I commute to the Lincoln Park neighborhood by car Monday-Thursday, but I live with my parents and brother in Glencoe. As someone who essentially helped raise my baby brother, I can easily transition between authoritative childcare and being your childs friend. My brother is nine years younger than me, so technically speaking I have been a babysitter since I was nine-diaper changes, baby formula, mealtimes, playtime, etc. However I do have experience with children outside of my family. I have babysat for plenty of neighbors and family friends, and have worked in daycare enviornments where I've had to entertain and manage up to ten kids at a time. Currently, I am dog-sitting and babysitting for two families during the weekdays. Friday thru Sunday I am available.
