My name is Esperanza Cherry and I am a former elementary school teacher with a degree in English. Before becoming a homeschool mom to my 4 daughters, I worked at a private Christian school named Master’s Academy. My experience while at Master’s includes being a homeroom teacher to second, third, fourth and fifth grade as well as teaching Spanish and art for grades k-8. I also have experience in being a private tutor to elementary and high school students. As well as educating my daughters, my current experience with children continues into my active role in my church as a caregiver in the nursery as well as a Sunday school teacher to young children. I decided to stay home to ensure a safe loving environment so my child will be able to advance in her academics in a fun stress-free atmosphere.
