I'm looking for summer jobs in the 60521 area. I'm currently a freshman at University of Iowa. Throughout my high school years I taught music lessons to young students over two years. I also participate in competitive archery and am trained and experienced as a Level 1 coach. In these roles I taught and worked with young children extensively. I also have volunteered at the Hanson Center in Burr Ridge, an organization that provides therapy and support to disabled and autistic individuals. In this capacity I interacted with children of many ages (4-14), providing support and activities through directed programs. In 2014 I was given volunteer of the month award twice. I have received Red Cross babysitting training and am comfortable with children of many ages. I come from a family with many younger cousins and interact with them often.
