Mollie watched my son from the ages of 4 months to 7 months while I went back to work. She was the world's best nanny! Jack absolutely loved her and she knew so much about caring for infants that as a first time mom I was constantly looking to her for advice. I decided to stay at home full time, which is why she was only with us for 3 months, and my one regret about the decision was that Jack would miss out on what Mollie could teach him as he grew older.
