Hello, My name is Alexandra and I am a 20 year old film production student home for the summer. I am the oldest of four girls, so my baby sitting experience began at a young age helping my mother watch over my three very active younger sisters. After that I had a permanent part time babysitting job for my neighbor's six year old daughter twice a week after school when I was in 8th grade and I continued to watch her and then her sister as well for the next three years. I have had experience also had experience with children with ADHD, twins, and dyslexia. I Have worked with children from the ages of newborn - teens. I enjoy doing creative play and arts and crafts activities with the children I watch to keep them engaged and active. The more they can create, move and explore, the happier they Read more are and less likely they are to become bored over the long days of summer. I spent many years in Musical theater in grade school and high school and am currently a film production student, so if my charges are interested in films, and there is time, we can possible create a mini film with their friends for fun as an activity as well. I have found that most of the kids I work with, really enjoy the activity of creating a story and making it come to like. If your child is not into theater or film, but loves sport, that is fine, too. I also played soccer for years and love to be in the water.
