Hello! My name is Claire and I am so excited be on UrbanSitter. I have always loved working with children! Coming from an immediate family of four and being one of the oldest grandchildren of twenty, I grew up taking care of and babysitting my younger siblings and cousins. Throughout my high school and college years, I also would babysit sporadically for children ranging from the ages of 9 months to 11 years old. I love babysitting because I love meeting new people, making strong connections and bonds with parents and children, and I believe I have a very nurturing, compassionate and fun spirit! To give you a little bit more information about me, I am currently a senior Exercise Physiology major at the University of Dayton, and will be graduating in May. After graduation, I will be going to Elon University in January for Physician Assistant school. I have volunteered on the on-campus emergency medical services on campus, and have worked at a private ambulance company in Chicago. A little fun fact about myself is that I love to Irish dance and have been for 17 years (so your children may learn a jig or two if I get to babysit them!). I am very passionate about everything I do, and I can't wait to babysit!
