My name is Vanessa. I am 27 years old, and I am a student at Harper College majoring in Radiologic Technology. I have 10 years of experience with babysitting/nannying. I am currently caring for multiple families on a regular basis, and some on occasions. These jobs include pickup and drop off from school, taking them to and from activities, cooking, and planning activities for them when we have free time. Also- I can provide some light housekeeping. I enjoy taking them to the park when the weather allows it, and to the library. I enjoy being outside, going for walks, and playing sports. I have two small dogs that I love very much. I am fluent in Italian. I think physical activity is essential for living a healthy lifestyle. It is especially important for a child, whether it be playing at the park or playing outside in the yard. I Read more am a healthy person myself, therefore I enjoy cooking healthy meals. I love doing activities with children, such as arts and crafts, or my favorite-coloring and drawing. I also enjoy playing board games and card games. My favorite board game is chess. I believe that playing educational games is a great way to stimulate a child's brain and mind. I am also a very patient and nurturing person and I have great communication with children. I consider myself very responsible. Children are very safe when in my care. I am also CPR certified. I absolutely love children and its a joy to be around them. I can provide multiple references upon request!! Availability: As of right now, I am only available during weekday evenings and weekends (day/night). I also have experience with overnight sitting.
