Growing up in a large family, I've always had a passion to work wth kids. Ever since 7th grade, I have been volunteering at my local church participating in Vacation Bible school allowing me to work with a variety of kids of different ages - PreK to 5th grade. In 6th grade, I began babysitting my younger sister, and ever since then, my love for kids has skyrocketed. I have worked & babysat a special needs child, numerous newborn, and children of elementary/middle school age. Every Sunday, at Church, I volunteer in the nursery - including newborns- expanding my love for children. I’m a graduate student in my Doctor of Physical Therapy program at North Central College. I do have my own car that I can use as a transportation method & have 2 dogs at home, so I am comfortable with pets.
