I am originally from Sheboygan, Wisconsin and attend North Central College. I am majoring in Instrumental Music and Chinese with a minor in Global Perspectives. I am also the oldest of four children in my family, so I am very comfortable with kids. I have have been an occasional babysitter for many families before. If interested I can provide numerous references. I have been a summer nanny for the past three years for a pediatrician and engineer and their three elementary school aged boys. I also babysit twin boys since they were babies for two years. For the past five years I have taught private cello lessons for ages ranging from 8-adult. I also have a lot of experience volunteering with many different ages of children from a variety of backgrounds. I volunteered for a week at an orphanage Honduras, taught weekly English classes at a Migrant Children's School in Read more Beijing for a semester, volunteered for a week in a rural Chinese orphanage, and am a Promise Teacher Resident working with at-risk middle school students during the school year. I feel comfortable babysitting for all ages and also feel comfortable working with physical and mental disabilities. I enjoy getting all the experience I can, and I hope to become a teacher for all ages someday.
