Hi thanks for taking a look at my profile! I'm Lauren and I have a passion for children. I started working with kids around the age of 15 when I became a regular babysitter for a family friend. I immediately fell in live with the environment and joys of working with children. I then decided to work as a nanny as I attended college and began pursuing my career. However after 3 years of working part time as a nanny I moved on to a full time position as an assistant teacher for a preschool class in a daycare. I was also able to work with other age groups there as well. Which include infants all the way up to school age children. I knew this was my niche. I worked full time there for 2 years. I know would love to go back to the nanny route however, as it is a little more focused, and one-on-one care. I'm a very easy going person, and in my spare time I enjoy reading, being outdoors, and cooking and baking.
