My name is Avionce and I am a current freshman attending Illinois State University. I am the oldest out of all of my siblings (being 5+ years older than them) so I have always been surrounded by younger children. I am very fun, gentle, caring, helpful, and outgoing. My previous work experience is mainly retail and dining so I am great with dealing with customers and outside people too. As for babysitting/children experience, when I was younger I knew older people who had daycare centers and I was always there to help. I also always had to babysit my siblings so the basic things to look out for when having a child under your watch is very common to me. I have always been told that I am great with children and I have a very natural ability to nurture children.
