Hi there! My name is Carly, and I have just recently started my junior year at Illinois State University. I am majoring in Elementary Education, so I love being around children of all ages. I have been a nanny for about 6 years, ages ranging from newborn to high school. I also used to work at a daycare for a year. I have had experience working with children in the teaching field, so I have learned to incorporate engaging activities for the children to do. I love being outdoors, playing sports, arts & crafts, and taking the kids to the park. I am friendly, hardworking, and responsible. I always follow the rules of what parent's want me to do for their children, and make sure they are safe and comfortable. My goal is to become a teacher one day, so I want to have as much experience as I can Read more with children. I'm also a dog lover, so I am always happy to pet sit for anyone that is interested! I have a black lab back at home, so I love keeping her happy and active! I have pet sit for other families before; which included occasion walks, feeding, and playing fetch until he/she is tired. I don't have a preference for any particular dog, but I like to know in advance what their routine is or any health issues that I should be aware of. I want to make sure the dog is comfortable around me, and to make sure you're comfortable with me taking care of them when you're away!
