I have nannied for a professor at the U of I for almost a year, and I also worked with prenatal alcohol exposure, and autistic spectrum disorder children at DCS in Champaign, IL. My major responsibilities as a nanny include: 1. Obtaining a safe environment 2. Supervision at all times 3. Plan and prep meals 4. Naps, baths, diaper changes 5. Perform housework related to child care, such as dishes after meals, and washing clothes, etc. 6. Potty train 7. Indoor and outdoor activities 8. Educational activities, such as reading, writing, spelling, math 9. Drive the children to, and from activities 10. Administer medicine if required If you have pets, that's not an issue :)
