I did a phone interview with Hannah, it went well enough to proceed to the next phase of an in-person interview. Hannah rescheduled on the day of the first in-person interview and did not show up on the day of the rescheduled interview. She was apologetic in her message to me and did state she had a busy day, and it had slipped her mind. While this can happen to anyone, it happening twice when interviewing for a full-time position made me wary of hiring Hannah. As a result, we decided to stop interviewing Hannah for the position.
